A leading company is looking for an Account Assistant to manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare bank reconciliations, and issue invoices. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software, and be a committed team player. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities
· Responsible for Accounts Payable, Account Receivable, and General Ledger including preparation of journal entries, checking supporting documents, perform bank and intercompany account reconciliation.
· Keep up to date accounts receivable information by matching payment to invoices paid by customer accurately and promptly
· Issuing of invoices, notes and other related documentation as required
· Prepare monthly debtor statement
· Perform monthly debtor aging report
· Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement
· Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or higher qualification
· Proficient in Microsoft Office application and accounting systems, preferably with AutoCount software working knowledge.
· Committed, hardworking, discipline, good working attitude, good team player & willing to learn
· able to work independently
· Required Language(s) : English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
· Minimum 1 - 2 years working experience
