Job description

At WTW METAL ENGINEERING SDN BHD, we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Account Assistant to join our dynamic team in Bandar Sri Damansara, Selangor. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Accounting department, ensuring the smooth running of our financial operations.

What you'll be doing

Assist in the preparation and processing of accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation

Support the month-end and year-end closing process

Liaise with internal departments and external parties as needed

Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

Relevant accounting or finance diploma or degree

At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role

Proficient in using UBS accounting software and MS Office applications (Word & Excel)

Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills

Excellent communication in both English and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
