Job Responsibility

  • Process payment vouchers and manage creditor/customer accounts.
  • Check, file, and reconcile creditor statements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable for the company group.
  • Process and file supplier/customer invoices with delivery orders.
  • Prepare cheques and payment vouchers.
  • Maintain monthly creditor payment lists.
  • Support monthly stock takes.
  • Contact suppliers for invoices and customers for payment collection.
  • Prepare LC and invoice BA.
  • Manage invoices and credit notes.
  • Check hardware/software prices and request quotations.
  • Audit documents from other departments.
  • Verify piece rate calculations.
  • Create purchase requests.
  • Coordinate with IT for hardware/software installation, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Manage printer loans.
  • Monitor sales team campaign phone points.

Job Requirements

  • Able to speak & write English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in accounting role.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting Software System.
