Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Mandarin-speaking candidate to support day-to-day accounting tasks and finance operations. The role involves data entry, AR/AP, and preparing financial reports for timely management review.

The ideal candidate has a relevant accounting qualification, at least two years of experience, and proficiency with AutoCount. Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin and English are required to engage with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Has LCCI/Certificate/Diploma in accounting or equivalent.
• Computer literate and familiar with AutoCount accounting software.
• Able to follow instructions and monitor general office workflow.
• Languages required: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin, English; Mandarin-speaking preferred for Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Self-motivated, responsible and initiative with a positive work attitude.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience.
• Able to perform data entry and assist in day-to-day accounts and finance operations; such as general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and credit collections.
• Support the management team with timely financial reports.
