About the role

Seri Pajam Development Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Account Assistant to join our dynamic team in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the financial operations of our growing real estate development company.

What you'll be doing

Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner

Reconcile bank statements and petty cash on a regular basis

Provide support in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts

Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed

Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting assistant role, preferably in the real estate or construction industry

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Good problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Prefer Mandarin Speaking). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

A diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
