Job description
We are representing our client, an Auto Solution Provider in Malaysia.
With the current expansion, they are looking for potential candidates to fill the position of Account Assistant to be based in Malim Jaya, Melaka.
Salary: up to RM2,600 (Basic)

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing accounts and inventory using SQL system
- Prepare financial reports, annual tax forms, and process invoices and quotations
- Maintain filing systems, claim forms, and provide general office support
- Collect and chase payments
- Prepare and update reports
- Ensure statutory compliance
- Process payroll and prepare EPF/SOCSO/PCB/HRDF submissions
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting or relevant courses
- At least 1 year of related experience
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Familiarity with SQL will be an added advantage
