- Handle full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of monthly accounts.
- Maintain filing, keep records, and ensure accurate document filing.
- Assist high-level executives with tasks such as data entry, managing client portfolios, and preparing and filing documents.
- Assist in managing projects, including tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and coordinating resources.
- Support executives by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Oversee daily operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring workflow.
- Perform additional tasks or ad-hoc assignments as directed by executives.
