What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Manage daily accounting transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  2. Handle full-set accounts, monthly management, and year-end financial reports.
  3. Prepare and analyze monthly statements and management reports.
  4. Monitor and update bank transactions and project advances.
  5. Check and verify bills and claims.
  6. Manage and prepare A/P and A/R transactions.
  7. Maintain General Ledger and generate financial reports.
  8. Assist with timely preparation of audit, tax, and other schedules.
  9. Ensure all supporting documents (invoices, receipts, payment slips) are properly recorded.
  10. Conduct debtor and creditor monitoring and analysis.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Diploma, Degree or Professional Certificate in Accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients, and English.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with full set accounts and financial year-end processes.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for accuracy.
