• Handle full set of accounts & day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Prepare monthly account statements and perform bank reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy of payment collection.

Job description

Candidate must possess at least an SPM certification or equivalent. Candidates with a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s Degree will have an added advantage.

Candidate MUST have a background in Accounting

Experience in handling the full set of accounts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and relevant accounting software (e.g., UBS, Autocount).

Good personality, positive attitude, responsible, self-disciplined, and dedicated to work.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts & day-to-day accounting tasks.
• Perform data entry into the accounting system.
• Prepare monthly account statements, update payment records, and perform bank reconciliation.
• Ensure accuracy of payment collection.
• Perform tasks as assigned by superior.
