Overview

We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Account Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the accounting operations of our organization.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining accounting records
  • Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
  • Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Maintain organized files for accounting documents and records
  • Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding payment queries
  • Involved in stock requisition and maintaining the list

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Experience in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
