Overview
We are seeking a skilled and meticulous Account Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial records and supporting the accounting operations of our organization.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with bookkeeping, data entry, and maintaining accounting records
- Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts regularly
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Maintain organized files for accounting documents and records
- Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding payment queries
- Involved in stock requisition and maintaining the list
What we\'re looking for
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
- Experience in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in accounting or finance would be an advantage
- Fresh graduate is welcomed to apply
