Account Assistant
Job description
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring timely closing of monthly accounts
- Handle filing, keep records, and assure accurate document filing
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
- Prepare related companies transactions and ensure reconciling items are followed up properly
- Ensure accounting records & systems are in compliance with company policies, approved accounting standards, and statutory requirements
Job Requirements
- Candidates must possess a minimum qualification of Diploma Certificate/Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance/Business Administration
- Able to converse in Mandarin (compulsory), English, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 1-2 years of related experience will be an advantage
- Self-motivated
- Perform responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
