Job description

Check, validate and process customers/suppliers orders and invoices

Work close with Sales team on order management

Understanding of bookkeeping procedures including crediting and debiting appropriate accounts,posting entries to ledger accounts, and reconciling accounts

Responsibility for effectively researching, tracking, and resolving (or properly referring) accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies.

Performs a variety of general accounting support tasks

Knowledge in GST or SST

Prepare types a variety of documents, reports, and records

Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable

Maintains regular contact with other departments (Local or overseas offices) to obtain and conveyinformation and/or to correct transactions.

To perform ad-hoc duties requires by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate / Diploma / LCCI High

At least 2 years of working experience in accounting & finance

Full-Time position

Proficient in Google Workspace, Accounting Software, email handling, computer literate

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

A discipline, trustworthy, honest, cooperative person

Able to work well under pressure and meet all deadlines

Good organizational and time management skills

Good command in English (written and spoken) and Cantonese/Mandarin (spoken) in order to communicate with our Cantonese/Mandarin speaking coworkers and clients in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan
