Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Providing support to the Accounting Department.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Handling communications with clients via phone and email.
  • Maintaining the billing system and generating account statements.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries.
  • Processing transactions, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
  • Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Job Requirements

  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
  • Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk.
  • Knowledge of basic book keeping procedures.
  • Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software, MS Excel.
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
  • Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.
