We’re expanding our finance team! Are you a numbers whiz with 1+ years of accounting experience? Join us as an Account Assistant and grow your career with our dynamic group of companies!

What We Need:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting

- Basic knowledge of SQL

Key Responsibilities:

- Process invoices, receipts, and payments; reconcile vendor/customer accounts.

- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software (e.g., SQL).

- Match bank statements with ledger entries and resolve discrepancies.

- Assist in preparing monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets).

- Compile documents and provide assistance during internal/external audits.

- Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

- File financial documents, handle petty cash, and respond to accounting queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

- 1+ years in accounting/finance (fresh graduates with internships may apply).

- Proficiency in accounting software.

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

- Good communication skills (for liaising with teams/vendors).

- Must be fluent in English both in reading&writing, proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
