Requirements
  • Possess a Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic accounting principles.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial records and reports.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing, to liaise with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to work onsite at the company's office in Klang.
Responsibility
  • Assist in the preparation of full sets of accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice verification, data entry, and payment processing.
  • Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journals, ledgers, and other supporting documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support the preparation of tax returns and other tax-related filings.
  • Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
  • Assist with audit preparations by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve accounting-related inquiries.
  • Support senior accounting staff with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
