* Handle daily accounting and administration functions.
* Prepare and ensure all statutory payments are paid timely and accurately.
* Issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes, etc.
* Keep track and follow up on debtor’s outstanding payments.
* Keep track and follow up on creditor’s outstanding payments.
* Check and summarize staff claims.
* Reconcile sales for outlets.
* Review and ensure all expenses, invoices, payments, accruals, and journal entries are recorded with the correct double entries in SQL for the preparation of balance sheets and financial statements.
* Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.
* Assist with month-end close processes and provide support for audits.
* Perform other functions as required by management, as assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay
- Proficiency in accounting software, SQL, and MS Excel for data analysis
