Position: Account Assistant

Location: Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily accounting tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Maintain and update financial records, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure all accounting documents are properly recorded, filed, and maintained.
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and suppliers as required.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting and Finance or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
