Job summary

A leading recycling company in Malaysia is seeking an Account Assistant to manage financial tasks including stock take, accounts payable, and liaising with auditors. The ideal candidate should hold a relevant diploma or degree, possess knowledge of accounting systems, and be fluent in Malay, English, and Chinese. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain full accounts in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external parties such as auditors and bankers.
• Handle accounts payable and prepare monthly expense reports.

Job description

Monthly stock take and match the prices into stock take summary.

To prepare and maintain full set of accounts in accordance with statutory requirements.

Liaise with external party such as company auditor, banker, and government authority.

To perform fixed assets accounts.

In charge of accounts payable and other payable and cycle count activity.

Others task assigned by superior from time to time basis.

Input AR transactions.

Credit control & payment.

Monthly report for expenses.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accounting/Banking or equivalent.

Possess knowledge in Accounting system - AutoCount

Must computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office - Ms. Excel and Word.

Able to work independently and a highly motivates personality.

Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Able to communicate in Malay, English & Chinese (Preferred)

Possess own transport
