- Able to do basic full sets of accounting.
- Perform all data entry and prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually detailed reports.
- Assist in accounts payable.
- Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and filing.
- Assist in handling accounting data entry and day-to-day operations in accounts and admin department.
- Responsible for documentation (ISO Standard) and monitoring claims.
- Assist with checking and data finding.
- Collect, maintain, and safeguard all financial records.
- Carry out any other related tasks assigned by the company.
Education And Experience
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent or SPM.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Possess basic accounting & audit entry knowledge.
- Able to work independently.
- Good communication skills.
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.
