  • Possess a Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in basic accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial reporting.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting standards and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Must be willing to work full-time at the onsite location in Batu Caves or Puchong.
  • Prior experience with accounting software is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Assist in daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of invoices, payments, and other financial documents in the accounting system.
  • Support the preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, under the supervision of senior staff.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements, vendor statements, and other accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and documentation, both physical and electronic, in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors, customers, and colleagues, to resolve accounting-related inquiries and issues.
