Job description

Account and Finance Executive (Construction Field)

Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements including balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow statements

Involvement in day-to-day accounting operations

Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial models

Perform detailed account reconciliations and analyses

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audit-related tasks

Support the Account Finance Manager in various ad-hoc finance and accounting projects

Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Superior

Requirements

Experience in the Project Accounting and Construction Industry is preferred.

Able to speak, read and write in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia (to liaise with English & Mandarin counterpart).

Degree, Diploma in Accounting or partially qualified in ACCA.

1 -3 years of relevant working experience.

Excellent in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.

Accounting software.

Knowledge in handling SST submission.

Possess high level of integrity, meticulous and good analytical skills.

Must be self-motivated and a good team player.
