Salary Range:

Depends on qualification and experience, minimum RM2500 per month

Age:

Preferably around 20 to 30 years old

Working Location:

Office at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya

Working hours & days:

Monday to Friday and when applicable

Requirements:
  1. Education: At least SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus, or relevant experience.
  2. Experience in office operations of trading business involving import and local distribution of goods.
  3. Ability to set up basic accounting, payroll, and sales systems in a new company.
  4. Resourceful in sourcing support for transportation, contractors, forwarding, warehousing, etc.
  5. Familiar with basic banking systems, online payments, LC, etc.
  6. Willing to learn quickly if not all experience is present.
Job scope:
  1. Establish systems for importing and distributing products, including but not limited to:
    1. Accounting
    2. Payroll
    3. Banking
    4. Importation/forwarding
    5. Warehousing/storage
    6. Distribution/transportation
