About the role

WESGLOW INDUSTRIES SDN BHD is seeking an accomplished Account and Admin Executive to join our team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity for a driven and organized individual to take on a diverse and challenging role within a dynamic and growing company.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review
  • Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as required
  • Provide administrative support, such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient accounting and administrative processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth running of the business

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting and administrative role, ideally within the manufacturing or small business industry
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks or Xero, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
