Job Description
Payment Allocation - Handle daily receipting for local and overseas bank accounts
Payment Follow up - Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments with customer
Customer Communication - Answer customer queries related to billing, invoices, or statements; Investigate and resolve billing disputes or deductions.
Month-End Close Support - Assist in closing the AR ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
Bank Reconciliation - Perform daily bank reconciliations.
Statement of Account (SOA) - Generate SOA for customers & email SOAs to customers
Group Mailbox Management - Monitor finance email inbox, allocate incoming emails to the correct team member, tag/respond/escalate the email based on priority
Job Requirement
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable.
Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Able to work on public holidays
