Position Details

Position Title: Account & Admin Executive

Location: 47301, Petaling Jaya

Tenure: Permanent role

Responsibilities
  1. Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and general ledger entries.
  2. Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures, including account reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, and financial statement preparation.
  3. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
  5. Assist in preparing and monitoring service reports, monthly service schedules, quotations, agreements, and invoices.
  6. Support financial planning and analysis by providing accurate data and reports.
  7. Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and office procedures.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflow and communication.
  9. Perform general administrative tasks such as file management, scanning, and photocopying.
  10. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  11. Carry out additional assignments as required.
Requirements
  1. At least a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  2. Preferably 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Auditing, or a related field.
  3. A background in account auditing is a plus.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (SAP).
  5. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred, as it is beneficial for liaising with certain suppliers and clients.
  6. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Must possess own transport and be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
