ACCOUNT ADMIN EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Admin Executive to join our dynamic team at C.I. Holdings Berhad in Kuala Lumpur City Centre. As a full-time member of our Accounting department, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records and administrative processes efficiently.

What you'll be doing

1. Maintaining and updating financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, petty cash, and bank reconciliations
2. Preparing and processing invoices, payments, and other financial documentation
3. Providing administrative support to enhance office efficiency
4. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements
5. Liaising with auditors, tax consultants, and company secretaries to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance
6. Performing other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role, preferably in a small to medium-sized organization
2. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
3. Proficiency in accounting software (knowledge of SQL accounting systems is an advantage) and MS Office, especially Excel
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
5. Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
6. A diploma or degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred
