Responsibilities
- Handling full set of accounts and preparing the monthly reports.
- Responsible for daily accounting activities and transactions – invoice, billing, payment voucher, journals, reconciliations etc.
- Asist in ensuring smooth implementation of E-Invoice
- Prepare cash flow forecast and treasury functions.
- Preparation for SST reporting and submission.
- Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with the applicable accounting standards.
- To assist and monitor the office administration include support QMS implementation.
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretaries.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Familiar with AUTOCOUNT software (added advantage)
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advance/ Higher Graduation in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- 2 - 3 years of work experience.
- High competency level with Microsoft Excel & Word.
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and responsible with minimum supervision
- Possess good analytical skills with problem solving skills
- Priority will be given to those able to start immediately.
