Job Responsibility

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing supplier invoices and payments.
  • Monitor and prepare administrative expenses such as rental, utilities, staff claims and other operational costs.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations for all company bank accounts to ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Assist with cheque deposits and payment processing at the bank.
  • Perform filing and organization of finance-related documents.
  • Support month-end closing activities by ensuring accuracy in documentation.
  • Provide general administrative assistance to the Finance team.

Requirements

  • SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
