Job description

Account & Admin Assistant is responsible for data entry, file management, and general office support. The ideal candidate will possess organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team to support administrative tasks.

Roles and responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation of final reports, printing, and distributing reports as required.
  2. Perform data entry tasks using accounting systems to input account-related information into the firm’s databases and systems.
  3. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring data is well-organized and easily accessible.
  4. Provide support in administrative tasks, including typing, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as needed.
  5. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.
  6. Assist with other general administrative duties as assigned.

Job requirements and qualifications:

  1. SPM and above; proven experience as an office/account administrator or in a similar role is preferred.
  2. Proficiency in English and Mandarin, as the role requires dealing with English/Mandarin speaking clients/vendors.
  3. Attention to detail and accuracy in account administrative tasks.
  4. Good interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
