Responsibilities:

1. Proofread and edit English-language manuscripts for clarity and correctness.
2. Coordinate communication between reviewers, authors, and senior editors.
3. Review submitted manuscripts, assess initial suitability, and recommend peer reviewers.
4. Track the peer review process to ensure timely progress.
5. Proofread reviewer comments and final manuscripts for quality and consistency.
6. Maintain and update the reviewer database.
7. Invite suitable reviewers to improve review efficiency and quality.
8. Work closely with the Associate Director to uphold journal standards.
9. Ensure linguistic accuracy, proper formatting, and error-free content in final proofreading.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least a Degree.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience as a reviewer for academic journals is preferred.
• Strong command of English, especially in academic writing and editing.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adhere to quality standards.
