Job summary

bp is seeking a Discipline Advisor to own and oversee the new AI-enabled ABC audit platform within the Procurement Assurance team. You will apply expert judgement to platform insights, bridging contract owners and CAMs to drive improvements in supplier ABC risk management.

You will deliver independent assurance over supplier controls, identify remediation actions, and support broader procurement assurance activities across policies and governance, in a hybrid office/remote setup.

Qualifications

• Sound knowledge of ABC regulatory environment (e.g. UK Bribery Act) and risk-based assurance.
• Experience supporting assurance, audit or control-testing activities, including digital or AI-enabled platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent audit qualifications; 5+ years relevant experience (10 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee the ABC audit platform end-to-end, applying judgement to maturity assessments.
• Act as single point of accountability linking contract owners and CAMs, driving improvements in ABC risk management.
• Analyse platform data and audit findings to identify trends and report to senior leadership and suppliers.
• Conduct risk assessments and root cause analyses on non-conformance, recommending remediation.
• Support continuous improvement of platform, methodology and audit standards.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure platform adoption and alignment.
