Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deployment, installation, testing, and commissioning of systems and parts at customer premises.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system & network issues, resolving hardware or software faults.
- Analyze, follow-up, and resolve support inquiries from customers and vendors.
- Collaborate with the team to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems.
- Maintain, improve, and share technical knowledge; explore new technologies with the team.
- Provide telephone and remote support.
- Conduct user and technical training, where applicable.
- Prioritize and manage multiple open cases.
- Establish good working relationships with customers.
- Work outside normal hours or weekends occasionally to support 24x7 operations.
Requirements:
- Own transportation is mandatory.
- Extensive travelling within Malaysia is required.
- Diploma or university degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Strong technical knowledge in telecommunication and computer infrastructure.
- Independent, proactive, passionate about technical skills, results-oriented, and eager to succeed.
- Good communication skills in English or Bahasa Malaysia.
- Interpersonal skills, self-motivated, customer-focused, outgoing, and analytical.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
