(A) Staff Specialist HR Business Partner
About the job (A) Staff Specialist HR Business Partner

In this role, you will:

  1. Provide excellent HR advice and support to local employees and managers on human resources issues, including performance management, succession planning, and organization development related to structure and change management.
  2. Regularly interface with business leaders (Head of Department/Module Head) to understand business priorities and HR requirements.
  3. Support performance management and succession planning activities, ensuring the process is completed smoothly, timely, and accurately.
  4. Evaluate and approve compensation plans submitted via the Compensation Planning Tool.
  5. Assess promotion recommendations, conduct job grading assessments, and approve promotions in the system.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate leadership dialogues across the organization.
  7. Handle employee resignations, terminations, and exit procedures.
  8. Maintain up-to-date Individual Job Descriptions for all departments.
  9. Manage employee personal files and ensure accurate data entry into the HR system.
  10. Support ad hoc data analysis requests that impact organizational efficiency.
  11. Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks as needed.
  12. Participate in annual HR audits.
  13. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance HRBP processes.
Your profile

You are suitable for this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in an MNC manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.
  • High commitment and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong data analytics skills.
  • A positive attitude and strong team spirit.
  • High integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Adaptability and agility in a dynamic work environment.
