Senior Researcher / Assistant Manager (Latex Glove)

Job Description:

• Responsible for research and product development.
• Serve customer requirements and solve problems.
• Assist in troubleshooting related to process or product quality and application.
• Provide technical support to customers and interface with them on technical assistance issues as required.
• Assist in finished product and raw material quality control of the company.
• Ensure safety procedures are always followed.
• Maintain a comfortable and pleasant working condition through good housekeeping practices.
• Undertake projects from time to time.
• Perform any other duties that may be assigned by a superior.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess a minimum PhD, Master, or Bachelor Degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related field.
• Possess working experience in glove manufacturing R&D, especially in examination and surgical glove experience, which will be an added advantage.
• Exhibit a positive and open work attitude.
• Demonstrate creativity and ingenuity in R&D and troubleshooting.
• Strong ability to work independently to perform R&D and other lab activities.
