About the job (A) Quality Engineer/ Senior Quality/ Staff Quality Engineer

• Candidates with 7-10 years of experience in QE field, potential for GG11 – GG12.
• Quality Engineer responsible for assigned product technology and process.
• Ensure quality and stability for Technology Transfer and Technology Development, referring to Q-team requirements or similar quality methods.
• Lead Deviation Management & Risk Management within assigned responsibilities. Demonstrate leadership skills—ability to drive & manage projects of varying complexity and size.
• Lead systematic problem solving (Thinking 6 sigma, 8D, 5 Why).
• Moderate FMEA and risk assessments for new tool/process releases.
• Review procedures to ensure they meet quality targets.
• Drive continuous quality improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Degree / Master / PhD in Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Material Engineering, or equivalent engineering or science discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor technology / Wafer fabrication / Quality Engineering.
• Ability to apply Thinking 6 sigma, 8D, 3x5 Why Analysis, and FMEA. Strong analytical skills with systematic approaches.
• Willing to explore technology & process in depth. Initiate continuous improvement projects for process weaknesses.
• Passionate about Quality systems & delivering excellence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Interest in interacting with all levels of employees internally and externally.
• Ability to confidently present projects to Kulim and Europe counterparts.
