About the Job

• Candidates with 7-10 years of experience in the QE field, with potential for GG11 – GG12.
• Quality Engineer for assigned product technology and process.
• Ensure quality and stability for Technology Transfer and Technology Development, referring to Q-team requirements or similar quality methods.
• Lead Deviation Management & Risk Management for assigned responsibilities. Must possess leadership skills to drive and manage projects of varying complexity and size.
• Lead problem solving in a systematic way (Thinking 6 sigma, 8D, 5 Why).
• Moderate FMEA and risk assessments for new tool/process releases.
• Act as a checker for procedures to ensure they meet quality targets.
• Drive continuous quality improvement projects.

Requirements:

Degree / Master / PhD in Electrical/Electronic, Physics, Material Engineering, or an equivalent engineering or science discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor technology, wafer fabrication, or quality engineering.

Ability to apply Thinking 6 sigma, 8D, 3x5 Why Analysis, and FMEA. Strong analytical skills with systematic approaches.

Willingness to explore technology and processes in depth. Initiate continuous improvement projects for any process weaknesses.

Passionate about quality systems and dedicated to delivering the best.

Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Interest in interacting with all levels of employees, both internally and externally.

Ability to confidently present projects to Kulim and European counterparts.
