Manage and handle procurement team, which is responsible for Planning, Purchasing, Sourcing, Shipping Documents, Food Safety Documents, License, PO issuance, Receiving, Stock count (own warehouse and 3rd party), Claim, Quality check and daily functions.
Negotiate with suppliers for raw material, packing material, food additives, and other necessary items for factory operation, regardless of direct or indirect supply concerning price, quantity, delivery, and price terms.
Sourcing for new or replacement items or suppliers to improve current conditions.
Take action and solve problems while working on a project basis as a business organizer.
Requirements:
Required language(s): English
At least 5 years of working experience in procurement
Ability to work effectively, both independently and in organizing a team
Able to travel domestically and internationally
Interest in food
