About the job (A) Printing Production Manager

PRODUCTION MANAGER (Vehicle provided)

Job Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible for productivity improvement.
  • Ensure product reliability through engineering analysis or product defects and initiate, qualify and implement product improvements to achieve zero product return.
  • Identify methods to improve the existing work process and flow to maximize the utilization of resources and to achieve optimum efficiency.
  • Plan, organize, direct and control manpower and equipment capacity to maximize utilization to meet production schedules.
  • Responsible for the management of efficiency and effectiveness in utilization of man, machine and materials in production.
  • Optimise the utilization of production materials and facilities for cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the team to produce high quality products on time and at a cost consistent to the Companys objectives.
  • Work with relevant departments to eliminate production problems, effect improvement and maintain a high-quality level and spear head action plans.
  • Accountable to deliver quality output in a timely manner at the most competitive cost to the Company.
  • Prepare reports on production efficiency against budgeted targets.
  • Initiate problem solving and trouble-shooting processes and reduce process and production related problems and delays.
  • Establish and maintain a standard of safety responsibilities for all staff and employees, to practice and ensure a safe and healthy working environment whilst in its premises.
  • To perform any other related duties as Management required from time to time.

Job Requirement:-

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering /Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical or equivalent.
  • 5 years related experience in Manufacturing line
  • Excellent in organization and time management skills
  • Superb analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Understanding of quality standards and health & safety regulations
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Outstanding communication ability
  • Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
