Business Analyst

Position Objective

IT Business Analyst
Role: Responsible for being the IT Business Analyst within the Agile team for HK Vitality. Lead discussions on project requirements, coordinate with IT teams, testing teams, and users to deliver functional requirements.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholder expectations regarding project requirements and delivery timelines.
• Motivate application vendors and team members to achieve objectives.
• Work with multitasking skills and under pressure.
• Think analytically and strategically.
• Coordinate with different IT teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals.
• Build a comprehensive knowledge base for the applications owned and understand the support model.

Communication Requirements

• 50% of time communicating with internal stakeholders and the HK project team.
• 50% of time communicating with external parties, including vendors and service providers.
• Effective communication in written and spoken English is essential; spoken Cantonese is preferred.

Minimum Job Requirements

• University degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience in IT domain.
• Experience in IT development is mandatory.
• Understanding and experience with SDLC and related tools.
• IT skill set: development and database experience.
• Soft skills: attention to detail, good communication and problem-solving skills, strategic thinking for large-scale projects, positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
