Job description

We are hiring an Interior Designer to craft top-notch designs for the region's highest corporate brand environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent design thinking skills and be able to take on the entire design development process independently. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the Design or Project lead and client to assess their needs and adjust approaches based on feedback.

We are looking for candidates with experience in large corporate office design and planning.

• Knowledge of SketchUp Modeling and Rendering software (Enscape / Vray, etc.) is a must
• Candidates should have stayed at a firm for at least 2 years or more

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their objectives and desires
• Work closely with the Design & Project Lead to implement the project and develop a complete set of construction detail drawings
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address client needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver within tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of experience in the related field
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software is an advantage
