Job description

We are hiring an Interior Designer to craft top-notch designs for the region's highest corporate brand environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent design thinking skills and be able to take on the entire design development process independently. The candidate should be confident in communicating regularly with the Design or Project lead and client to assess their needs and adjust the approach based on feedback.

We are looking for candidates with experience in large corporate office design and planning.

• Filter out applicants with no experience in medium to large corporate offices
• Knowledge of SketchUp Modelling and Rendering software (Enscape / Vray, etc.) is a must
• Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience with a firm

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand objectives and desires
• Work closely with Design & Project Lead to implement projects and develop construction detail drawings
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to address needs
• Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups, and renderings) for clients
• Manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max
• Knowledge of 3D rendering software is an advantage
