Job Responsibilities

1. Be fully conversant and proficient in the entire software technology offering, including desktop, server, and mobile capabilities.
2. Provide technical execution and delivery of company capabilities to end users and prospective customers.
3. Understand and build integration capabilities between the company's technology and customer non-GIS information systems.
4. Work with customers to understand their business activities, workflows, and needs, and determine how GIS technology can help meet those needs by formulating and implementing cost-effective GIS-based solutions.
5. Provide consultancy services, from strategic analysis and advice, through technical options, platform selection, and solution implementation, to performance analysis and problem-solving.
6. Carry out database design and data modeling tasks for both object and relational spatial databases, including Oracle, MS SQL, UML, the company's Geodatabase, and ArcGIS Server object database.
7. Conduct training courses from basic to advanced programming courses for ArcGIS.
8. Assist in delivering proof-of-concepts (POC) for specific GIS applications.
9. Lead enterprise GIS project implementation as a Team Lead.
10. Attain company's certifications.
11. Support and undertake any other tasks as requested or assigned by the reporting officer.

Job Specifications

1. Between 5 to 7 years of related working experience, with at least 3 years in GIS project implementation.
2. Degree in GIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
3. Strong knowledge in three or more of the following areas:

• ArcGIS Desktop/Pro, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Enterprise or Web GIS
• SQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL Database management

Experience in software development is an advantage.

Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python is an added advantage.

Esri Certified Professional is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving and creative skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis.

Excellent written and oral English skills.
