Responsibilities

1. Handle all aspects of integrated finance functions, including operational finance, corporate finance, treasury, and taxation.
2. Review monthly management accounts, announcements, and quarterly statutory reports in accordance with public listed company requirements.
3. Enhance finance department operations to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency.
4. Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and tax authorities.
5. Support departments such as Credit, Treasury, and Purchasing within the Finance department.
6. Participate in integrating operational systems with the Financial ERP system.
7. Review commercial agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in a Public Listed Company.
• Qualifications: ACCA / CIMA / MACPA and a Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and system integrations.
• Good commercial acumen and compliance orientation regarding internal controls and statutory requirements.
• Legal understanding of commercial and business risks.
