1. The candidate must have hands-on experience in account consolidation related to finance operations. While the role does not require daily hands-on work, the candidate should have prior experience to demonstrate expertise.

2. Familiarity with Bursa requirements is essential; preference given to those who have worked in a publicly listed company.

3. Experience in risk management and reviewing commercial agreements is necessary.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the integrated finance functions, including operational finance, corporate finance, treasury, and taxation.
• Review monthly management accounts, announcements, and quarterly statutory reports in compliance with public listed company standards.
• Enhance finance department operations to ensure timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and tax authorities.
• Provide support to departments such as Credit, Treasury, and Purchasing within the extended Finance team.
• Participate in integrating operational systems with the Financial ERP system.
• Review commercial agreements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in a Public Listed Company.
• Qualifications: ACCA, CIMA, MACPA, or equivalent, along with a Degree in Accounting.
• Strong leadership skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and system integration.
• Good commercial acumen and compliance orientation regarding internal controls and statutory requirements.
• Legal understanding of commercial and business risks.
