Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop new customers for corrugated box packaging, offset packaging, display stands, premium boxes, gift boxes, or other related packaging.
  2. Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing personal relationships with potential and current customers.
  3. Achieve sales targets set by the company.
  4. Be responsible for solutions aimed at increasing customer satisfaction levels.
  5. Monitor and report on activities of competitors as well as customers.
  6. Serve existing customer accounts and actively seek new customers and market opportunities within the Packaging sector.
  7. Establish new accounts by identifying potential customers, planning, and organizing sales calls.
  8. Provide product and service information by answering questions and requests.
  9. Prepare cost estimates by studying designs, samples, and related customer documents; consulting with designers and technical personnel.
  10. Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements.
Job Requirements
  • Possess at least a Higher Secondary School Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in any field.
  • Have at least 3 years of sales experience in the packaging industry or trading business experience in Singapore.
  • Possess good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Be self-motivated, able to take initiative, and drive towards targets.
