Work you’ll do

We are seeking aSenior Project/Program Managerto oversee theimplementation of GRC technology solutionsfor financial services clients in Thailand. This role will manage program delivery across multiple workstreams, coordinating betweenfunctional and technical teams, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-endprogram managementfor GRC platform implementation (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow IRM, SAP GRC)

Coordinate across business, functional, and technical teams to align design, build, and deployment activities

Manage timelines, budgets, risk, and issue resolution to ensure successful delivery

Engage C-level stakeholders and ensure alignment across IT, Risk, Compliance, and Audit functions

Ensure compliance with Thailand’s regulatory requirements (e.g., Bank of Thailand, SEC)

Requirements

12+ years of experience inprogram/project management, with a focus on technology delivery in theFSI (Finance, Securities, Insurance) sector

Proven experience implementingGRC, risk, or compliance platforms

Strong ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex project environments

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills

PMP or equivalent certification is preferred
