A&A - MY - TAS Manager

Role Overview:

As a senior staff in Deloitte’s Transaction Accounting Support Group, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients through complex capital market transactions, with a strong emphasis on IPO-related audit engagements. You will contribute to high-quality audit execution, regulatory compliance, and client readiness for public listings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing audits for IPO engagements, including Singapore and Hong Kong listings.
  • Review financial statements and disclosures to ensure compliance with IFRS, SFRS(I), and relevant listing requirements.
  • Support the preparation and review of prospectuses and offering documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
  • Identify and resolve technical accounting and reporting issues related to IPO readiness.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality and consistency in audit work.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Obtained, pursuing, or strongly motivated to pursue Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of audit experience, preferably with exposure to capital markets or IPO engagements.
  • Strong understanding of IFRS and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
  • A strong understanding of relevant listing rules (e.g., SGX, HKEX) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
