Deloitte Malaysia invites you to join our Audit & Assurance practice where you will perform audits across industries, applying robust methodologies and regulatory knowledge.

As an engagement team leader, you will guide assistants, review work, and coordinate with managers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality outcomes.

We seek accountancy graduates with 2-3 years of audit experience who are committed to growth, collaboration and delivering value to clients and the community.

Formación

• 2–3 years of audit experience in an auditing firm.
• Accountancy graduates or pursuing professional qualification.
• Resident in Malaysia or has right to work in Malaysia.

Work you'll do

Deloitte's Audit & Assurance provide audit, accounting and regulatory advice, attest and attest-related services. Using robust audit tools, resources and methodology, our professionals work closely with clients to deliver high-quality services and solutions. We also advise clients in areas such as initial public offerings, internal controls, International Financial Reporting Standards, US GAAP and regulatory compliance.

You will work with Audit Assistants to perform a variety of audit, assurance and testing work for clients in different industries. As an engagement team leader, you will guide the Assistants and review their work. Assisting the engagement managers in planning and meeting clients to clarify and resolve issues are also expected of you.

Requirements

We are looking for accountancy graduates or equivalent (partial or currently pursuing professional accounting qualification will be considered) with 2 to 3 years of audit experience in an auditing firm. You can make a difference if you have:
