A leading F&B franchise in Malaysia is seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement. Qualifications

Job Descriptions:

  • Oversee the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, and
    statutory compliance (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, performance appraisal cycles,
    employee engagement activities, staff insurance and claims.
  • Design and manage employee incentive structures to support performance and
    retention
  • Lead talent acquisition strategies to meet operational needs across outlets and HQ.
  • Drive training and development initiatives to build workforce capability.
  • Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary processes.
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and the employee handbook.
  • Ensure HR operations comply with labour laws and regulatory requirements.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
