Job Description

1. Operate and maintain ICT/FCT testing equipment to ensure proper software execution.
2. Create test scenarios for functional, performance, and reliability testing based on product requirements.
3. Work with customers on testing techniques and processes.
4. Keep test equipment calibrated and maintained for accurate measurements.
5. Troubleshoot and repair testing equipment as needed.
6. Install and verify testing instruments for new products.
7. Support upgrades and changes to equipment and software.
8. Develop testing plans and provide quotes for new products and upgrades.
9. Collaborate with suppliers on test programming and equipment maintenance.
10. Identify and resolve issues in product testing.
11. Improve test processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
12. Work with teams to implement process improvements.
13. Create automated test solutions to enhance testing efficiency.
14. Troubleshoot and debug failed products to find solutions.
15. Program and maintain ICT/FCT test systems for proper software execution.

Job Requirements

1. Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
2. Proven 5 years of experience as an Electronic Test Engineer or in a similar role within electronic manufacturing.
3. Strong knowledge of electronic circuit design, test methodologies, and troubleshooting techniques.
4. Familiar with different types of testing and programming equipment.
5. Strong cross-functional communication skills, both internally with departments and externally with customers.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
